How fast do I get my rank?

Usually in under a minute. If you are online it applies straight away; if not, it is waiting for you the next time you join.

What is the difference between 2 Months and Lifetime?

2 Months is the same rate as Monthly, billed half as often. Lifetime is a single payment worth about nine months of Monthly with 50% off, it never expires, and it comes with three times the coins.

Can I upgrade later?

Yes, and there is a calculator under the ranks. You pay the difference between the two Lifetime prices and nothing you already spent is wasted. Open a ticket or email us; we check the rank in game and send you a link for the exact amount, usually within minutes.

I am on a monthly rank and I want a higher one.

Start the new subscription and cancel the old one — there is nothing to work out. The upgrade calculator is for Lifetime ranks, where you paid once and the difference is a fixed amount.

Do ranks give a combat advantage?

No. Nothing here changes combat, gear, drops or protection. Almost everything a rank gives you can also be earned in game — buying it supports the server and the staff who run it.

Can I cancel a subscription?

Any time, from the link in your purchase email. You keep the rank until the period you already paid for runs out.
